Andrew Billups, Psy.D. is a licensed psychologist in the state of New Jersey. Dr. Drew received his doctoral training from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology Program at Rutgers University. He has a passion for positive performance (socially, professionally, academically or within one's sport). Dr. Drew enjoys working with all individuals who struggle with a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges, including: anxiety, depression, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, ADHD, social skill and executive functioning skill deficits, learning disabilities, and school-related difficulties. Dr. Drew utilizes an integrative goal-oriented approach with a focus on acceptance, cognitive behavioral and behavioral approaches that allow him to work with his clients to develop targeted and effective interventions. He integrates mindfulness into his work to help clients build meaningful lives. Dr. Drew has experience working with school age children as he is a New Jersey certified school psychologist and has a history of supporting student of all ages in an academic setting. Dr. Drew also has a background in performance working with athletes on the college level, having worked with D1 athletes. Dr. Drew's goal is to help all clients perform in every aspect of their lives .
Phil Oliveira, Psy.D. is a licensed psychologist in the state of New Jersey. He is also a New Jersey certified school psychologist currently working at the elementary and middle school levels. Dr. Oliveira has experience working with children, adolescents and young adults with a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges, including: anxiety, depression, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, ADHD, social skill and executive functioning skill deficits, learning disabilities, and school-related difficulties. Dr. Oliveira primarily uses cognitive behavioral and behavioral approaches in developing targeted and effective interventions and often supplements his interventions with the practice of Mindfulness techniques .Dr. Oliveira believes in the importance of collaborating with families, teachers, school administrators, and other relevant stakeholders to promote children’s social and emotional health, academic, and behavioral goals.

Our mindfulness-based therapy sessions aims to develop a more mindful and caring relationship with ones self and others. We utilize mindfulness-based techniques to help clients improve emotional regulation, reduce stress, and bolster their self-awareness and acceptance.
CBT focuses on challenging and changing cognitive distortions(such as thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes) and their associated behaviors to improve emotional regulation and develop personal coping strategies that target solving current problems.
Person Centered therapy is known for utilizing “unconditional positive regard” which involves empathy, nonjudgmental listening, and positive self-regard instilled in the client. The client is viewed as fully possible of growth and as a “good” entity with the authority for himself.
