Andrew Billups, Psy.D. is a licensed psychologist in the state of New Jersey. Dr. Drew received his doctoral training from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology Program at Rutgers University. He has a passion for positive performance (socially, professionally, academically or within one's sport). Dr. Drew enjoys working with all individuals who struggle with a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges, including: anxiety, depression, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, ADHD, social skill and executive functioning skill deficits, learning disabilities, and school-related difficulties. Dr. Drew utilizes an integrative goal-oriented approach with a focus on acceptance, cognitive behavioral and behavioral approaches that allow him to work with his clients to develop targeted and effective interventions. He integrates mindfulness into his work to help clients build meaningful lives. Dr. Drew has experience working with school age children as he is a New Jersey certified school psychologist and has a history of supporting student of all ages in an academic setting. Dr. Drew also has a background in performance working with athletes on the college level, having worked with D1 athletes. Dr. Drew's goal is to help all clients perform in every aspect of their lives .

Dr. Oliveira primarily uses cognitive behavioral and behavioral approaches in developing targeted and effective interventions and often supplements his interventions with the practice of Mindfulness techniques .Dr. Oliveira believes in the importance of collaborating with families, teachers, school administrators, and other relevant stakeholders to promote children’s social and emotional health, academic, and behavioral goals.
